Prices on Variations Now Include GST

We've made an important update to how prices are displayed on variations.

What's changing

A new column showing the customer price inclusive of GST has been added, and the corresponding printed documents have been simplified for better clarity.

Why it matters

This change provides greater pricing transparency for your customers. By displaying the final price including GST directly on the variation document, you reduce potential confusion and ensure your clients have a clear understanding of the costs, leading to a smoother approval process.

Additional details

• In the variations screen, you will now find a new column titled Customer Price (Incl GST).
• On the printed variation document, the primary price column is now simply labelled Price and displays the GST-inclusive amount.
• The underlying calculations for job totals remain the same to ensure financial accuracy.

Getting started

No action is needed from you. This update has been automatically applied. You will find the new column and updated print format the next time you create or view a variation.
